Your career drafts stay under your control.

5 Whys Career Studio is designed as a lightweight browser tool. It does not require accounts, payments, or a backend database for the core workflows.

What the tools store

Drafts, reflections, and practice notes are handled in your browser during normal use. Some tools may use local browser storage so you can continue a session later on the same device.

Exports and contact

Files you export are created for your use. If you contact the project by email, the message is used to respond to your request and improve the tools.

Browser storage is device specific. If a tool saves draft material locally, it is intended to help you continue on the same device and browser, not to sync a profile across accounts. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching devices can remove local drafts and settings.

Avoid pasting confidential employer documents, private client records, medical data, financial data, or other sensitive material into any browser tool unless you are comfortable keeping that content on your own device. The studio is designed for career planning notes, resume drafts, interview stories, and practice material.

Exported files and copied text are controlled by the software you choose after leaving the page. Treat them like any other career document: review them before sharing, remove details that identify people who should stay private, and store important drafts somewhere you already trust.
